Heidelberg Germany (27 March 2009) - 2008 wurde eine Forschungsstudie über "Entscheidungsfindung mit Hilfe von Systemen und Technologie" durchgeführt, die belegt, daß Organisationen mit einer "internen Abteilung, die den Mitarbeitern hilft, die Software zur Entscheidungsfindung anzuwenden" - einem Business Intelligence Competency Center - dazu beitragen, daß die Leistung des Unternehmens gesteigert und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachabteilung und IT verbessert wurden, die Benutzerzufriedenheit von BI Software Lösungen angestiegen sind sowie die BI-Softwarekosten gesenkt werden konnten.

Heidelberg Germany (27 March 2009) - With the public sector playing a leading role in counteracting the world financial crisis, improving the effectiveness of government is more essential than ever before.
According to a recent study by Queisser, Miller, and Göttsche, public organizations that had deployed performance management software and implemented a decision-making support entity (Business Intelligence Competency Center or similar) reported that they were comparatively more effective in responding “… quickly to address competitive changes in the market.”
