Aberdeen just released a study on Professional Services Automation. Managing changing customer expectations (57%), poor communication and understanding of customer expectations (23%), and inability to stick to project timelines (19%) were three of the top five challenges. These finding scream the message that agile project practices should become the new “standard” for managing client engagements. The research was based upon 165 worldwide respondents.
