Team members find agile projects frustrating, confusing, and exhausting. The reasons for this could be many including personal characteristics; however, the struggle is real. This workshop program is designed to tackle three of the biggest challenges felt in an agile project.
First, is increasing the awareness of the leadership team on the potential meaning and impacts of using agile methodologies.
Second, working with team members on understanding the different roles, practices, and tools that support applying agile methodologies.
Finally, tailoring the methodology to be appropriate based on the project type and scale.
This workshop is targeted at people and teams that have already started the agile journey and want to address the issues that lead to the frustrations, confusion, and exhaustion that the team members and organizations may be experiencing.
